Cause:

Unknown

Solution:

1. Open Regedit using the Run window (WINDOWS + R).
2. In the registry, navigate to HKLM\Software\SDS\Chart 2000\Programs.
3. Clear all entries that are set to True.
   
4. Reinstall R4 by removing all files except Sys2000 and Server.txt.
   
5. Run Update R4.
   
6. Test by linking Medivision and Imaging software within R4.
